erp administrator

Teem Wholesale is looking for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Administrator who will drive continuous improvement and optimization of the processes related to our ERP system. The ERP Administrator will be accountable for all aspects of our ERP system in addition to having some limited system responsibilities. The administrator will work closely with our ERP system provider, office staff, production staff and salles to drive advancement of our system to ensure that we are equipped to face the challenges of today and tomorrow. Complete list of day-to-day responsibilities will be determined based on qualifications and experience level.

  • BS in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • “Business” literate, commercially aware and appreciate the activities of the finance function
  • Understand the full range of business processes, regardless of whether the process falls into Finance, Manufacturing or Distributing

  • Stay up-to-date on industry happenings by partnering with our ERP system provider and attending user days, conferences, webinars, online forums, etc

Warehouse Position [3rd shift]

Immediate opening in the warehouse for shipping and receiving assorted duties. This position includes, but is not limited to, pull and prepare daily orders to ship, loading deliveries through efficient movement of product into trailers, and unloading inbound product to appropriate storage locations.  Individuals applying should meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to work the hours 3 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
  • Routinely able to move heavy materials
  • Dependable and self motivated
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Learn quickly and able to work in a team environment
  • Woodworking experience is preferred, on the job training will be provided
  • High school diploma or GED
